Genius rec by @Courtney I have a pile of blankets and towels in my car at all times with the intent of donating to a goodwill or something but this is so much better!

Animal shelters need simple items all the time but I find that old towels and blankets are the most needed. I guarantee you have some of these in a pile somewhere ready to donate! A real win win situation.
